Shipping policy

BuilderOutlet.com typically ships products within 1 to 2 days via ground service.  We will contact you if there is a significant delay in the time to ship product(s).  We ship to ship to locations in the continental USA unless previously agreed upon.  Orders will sometimes will be sent from different warehouses throughout the country.  If we are unable to ship an order for the shipping amount as defined when checking out or honor a shipping promotion we will provide an option to adjust the shipping amount or cancel the order.
